In our lifetime, it is considered lucky for any generation to live through positive history; these events that shape who we are as people and move our human race forward. Well consider yourselves special because you will not only have lived through history, on January 20 2013, you will have witnessed history repeating. Against all odds, a Black Man rose to the highest office of the most powerful nation on earth and on November 6, received a resounding vote of confidence from its people. You can stop pinching yourselves because this moment is very real and calls for celebration.  Inauguration 2013 is upon us. This time, Washington DC will be ready. Omega LLC will provide the entertainment. As usual, we are securing the largest and most sophisticated venues in the city for your entertainment; the best DJs (check), the best MCs (check), the sexiest dancers (check)! And finally you already know, every celebrity who's worthy of that title will be in town, and the hottest ones will find their way through our buildings somehow (wink).
Now just a reminder fellas, it is estimated that 2 to 2.5 million folks will visit Washington DC this Inaugural weekend, and of that number 30 to 40 thousands Black Gay Men all of whom will be looking to party. Now, though our venues are among the largest in the city, they don't hold 40K people (we wish!). So you can guarantee your spot at our events by purchasing your pass when they go on sale next week. Also, due to the extreme prices for hotel rooms that weekend, we're unable to provide a room block for this event. We strongly recommend that you call a family or friends in the DMV and make arrangements with them. Hotel room prices will be upwards of $500 per night. So start preparing now.
And while you're here, please find some time to visit the newly erected MLK Memorial and pay your respect and homage to a great visionary on his birthday weekend. He's certainly looking down on us smiling with pride in seeing that the dream he articulated almost 50 years ago is slowly but surely coming to pass. May he continue to rest in the Lord's comfort and Peace as may all of you in his blessings.
