Sorry fellas but our host hotel is now sold out! We have reserved over 2/3 of the hotel and as of today our entire block is sold out. Obviously, we did not anticipate our block selling out this fast. Tomorrow morning we will begin negotiations with the hotel to see if we can put the rest of the hotel into our block. You may have to pay a slightly higher rate hence forth, but at least you'll have a place to stay for the weekend. If we're not able to do that, we will have an overflow hotel for you guys by next weekend. So we ask for your patience. We've got all your emails this weekend pertaining to this matter. The hotel sale department is not open on weekends. So please, be patient. We are working on resolving this issue. We'll have rooms for you guys soon.
